Chef

As one of North West England's top Pub Restaurants, we are moving forward. We are looking to recruit a Chef de Partie (or above) to join our award-winning team.

We require an experienced chef who is highly motivated, works well alone and also as part of a team. The environment can be fast paced and will provide a new experience for many chefs. The successful chef will be working in all areas of the kitchen, and so will require knowledge of starters, main courses including steaks and fresh fish and desserts.

Due to the fast paced, hard work environment, hours being offered are negotiable. A 4 day working week may also be possible.

Salary will be competitive and dependant upon experience. Accommodation may be available
