LambOur lambs are supplied from local farms known to us. We source only lambs that are reared and fattened on grass through the spring and summer months. The grass fed lamb produces the most tender meat. Lamb tends to be a favourite meat for the majority of people. Look out for 'roast lamb dinner' and 'shoulder of lamb' on the specials board.
